I had lovely stay, the place is lovely small and absolutely fabulous!

Everything was perfect, the parking was nearby, the room was air-conditioned. Thoroughly enjoyed a mini bar, satellite television, and central heating in the room. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was set in a delightful area...

Wonderful good budget hotel. Reasonably large room, brand-new with a balcony and private bathroom, for example, excellent staff. Great food options. Magnificent location in Brunate, adjacent to the centre and the funicular. Also, next to Como lake. The venue of choice in Brunate.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated on a hill with beautiful views overlooking a charming little town. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the city added to the allure of the place. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and provided warm and amusing service.

They lacked a variety of fruits and vegetables, and the overall selection was very limited. there was an unexpected additional charge of 10 euros for room service, which was not communicated from the beginning.

The friendliness and helpful staff really made our stay a wonderful one. The breakfasts were lovely and also dinner. The family atmosphere in the hotel was great.

Very welcoming environment. Everyone did all that they could to make us feel at home. Great location, just at the top of the funicular. Convenient to get to bars and cafes, or just stay in the hotel for super food and wine. Brunate is an authentic Italian village, with a very different feel from Como, even though it is only 10 minutes away.

It had fantastic location, just off Brunate and the funicular from Como which is accessible. There was Pizzeria Lariana nearby, offering quick meals. The continental breakfast had good choice of food.

The hotel is excellent value for money, especially considering its high quality service and attention to detail. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, even taking into account dietary restrictions and making special trips to the store if needed. The small rooms are comfortable and clean, perfect for a cozy stay. And let's not forget the delicious cheese selection and wine, a true treat after a long day of traveling.

Nice staff although English is not their strong side. Very good restaurant for dinner, good breakfast. Room was simple and clean, a bit too exposed to back street. Location is excelent provided that the furnicula to Como works, which was unfortunately not the case during our stay.

For us it was ideal.

I liked the location a lot, especially that it was really near to the mountain train station. Also the view from outside the hotel was amazing, and the staff was very friendly.

Actually we had a bad luck that we had two rooms, and in one of the rooms while trying to open the window, the window hand got broken, so it was very hot without fans and opened window.

The guy had clearly made a mistake to our reservation and tried to put the blame on us. So, we stayed in another hotel the first day (Vista Lago) which was much better, with a better view and cheaper. The room was hot with no aircondition, semi-underground with just one small window with no view at all. Also the breakfast wasn't good.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel nestled on top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The location was simply breathtaking, offering stunning views from the room's private balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. They even offered us a delicious breakfast each morning, which was a great way to start our day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities that we needed. the attention to detail and the value for money at this hotel were exceptional - an experience I would highly recommend to others.
